Sus tareas

  • Execute company’s global strategy for Corporate Social Responsibility within the two key pillars of Company’s CSR program, Community Support and Knowledge and Skills Transfer, ensuring activities are aligned with corporate and industry priorities, and coordinating activities across the organization.
  • Actively take part in shaping the new governance model established to ensure coordination with CSR related responsibilities, including Click for Change and Technology for Good, to maximize impact externally and internally.
  • Coordinate and expand the Regional and Global CSR reach, using the CSR network to improve staff engagement and the development and success of programs.
  • Define, establish and execute a strategy for giving greater visibility and impact for company activities, acting as an advocate for the company’s CSR program internally and externally.

Su perfil

  • Education: University Degree or relevant experience, e.g. in multinational programme management.
  • Minimum of 8 years of CSR experience in a Multinational company .
  • Others: Knowledge of the travel industry helpful; Understanding of social purpose and CSR critical.
  • High level of self-motivation and commitment
  • High project management skills, independent thinker and decision maker
  • Exceptional written and verbal Communication skills
  • Experience with developing governance policies
  • PC skills: Advanced; Understanding of social tools very helpful
